About Us:

• Alan’s Medals started in 2000 with a handful of medals. It quickly grew and we’ve been selling medals to collectors and helping people replace medals for over 10 years now. We keep a wide variety of American medals and some foreign medals in stock. We carry over 300 different ribbon bars and 172 different lapel pins, as well as other items.
• Our business is small, so we can offer you low prices. In fact, our prices are hard to beat. We have received numerous emails saying we have the best prices our customers have ever seen.
• All medals are from a U.S. Government approved supplier.
• If you can't find something here, please don't hesitate to email us and we'll try to find it.
• Alan’s Medals is a veteran-owned business. Alan is a retired Army NCO. He served in Iraq, Germany, Israel, Alaska, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

How to Use Our Ordering System:

• Our website allows you to place your order right from the site. When you see something you want to order, just add a quantity in the quantity box and click “add to cart.” You are free to browse as many items/pages you like and add things to your cart. When you are done, click the “view cart” button at the top of the page.
• Please fill out as much information as possible when placing your order. The red-starred items are required.
• Shipping will be figured after your order is received. You will get an email invoice with a total, including shipping, within 24 hours (usually much less).
• We currently cannot accept payment through our site. We hope to add this feature soon. We will be in contact to facilitate payment.

Shipping:

• First Class or Priority Shipping is available with the U.S. Postal Service.
• Packages are mailed within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends).
• Insurance is highly recommended. We can provide proof of mailing, but after that the risk is yours if you decide not to purchase insurance.
